The Island Center of Crescent Beach is a development designed for wellness professionals and businesses. We hope to create a synergistic center to enhance the health and well-being of our customers, including residents of and visitors to Crescent Beach and St. Augustine, Florida.
Office suites and retail space are currently being offered in the new two-story addition to our center. These spaces are adjacent to our organic day spa, fitness center and art gallery (building on left) as well as real estate and accounting firms (building to right). First and second floor spaces are available on either a lease or purchase basis.
